This is a quick after school snack to whip up with your kids. Three ingredients and by far one of the best snacks I’ve had in a while. It could even sub as a healthier dessert.
Creamy or crunchy peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
Chocolate chips or a dark chocolate bar, chopped fine
Slice banana into 1/2 inch rounds and smear peanut butter on to the tops of each one. You can have your kids help with this part as well as the sprinkling of chocolate on top.
