Good for 6 months and up.
Apricot & Peach Mash – leftovers can be frozen
3 organic apricots, pits removed
2 organic peach, pit removed
Cut peaches and apricots into quarters and place into a medium pot filled with 1/3 of water. Bring to a boil and cook fruit for about 5-8 minutes, or until skin peels off easily.
Drain liquid off, reserving a small amount for later, if needed.
Remove skin from fruit using a fork, or let fruit cool until you can use your hands to peel it off, scraping off any leftover meat.
Place fruit into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Alternatively you can use a potato masher and do this by hand until you reach a smooth consistency.
Add more liquid to the mash if needed.
